Room cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

In case of a short-term cancellation, we try to rent the room further. If we succeed, no cancellation fees incur.

If the room remains vacant, we charge 80% of the cost for accommodation.
The same applies to earlier departures.

Therefore we recommend you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
